Tip.It Events

Tip.It, also known as Rune Tips, has a certain team of people whose job it is to organise and run events for other players. They are called the Tip.It Events team (TET) and you can find a list of their members via the link below.

This is the main TET page where you can access information about all previous events, including reviews and screenshots. You can also look through the calendar to find out about upcoming events as they are planned on a monthly basis. The very next event will be shown in the information box on the right side of the website, and you can follow the link for exact details on our forum. If you have any ideas for events or would like to give us any feedback, feel free to contact us via the forum.

It was a cold, sharp night. The wolves howled to the moon as the stars glistened in the midnight sky like elegant dancers at a grand ball. The trees swayed silently with the wind and the cicadas chirped quietly. The water danced around its enclosure, only jumping up to touch the ground occasionally, when the wind permitted. It was peace for Septima. Closing her eyes, she dozed off quietly. Her sleep was interrupted when she saw the dim light of the moon turn crimson and heard a crunching noise. Opening her eyes, she sprung up and unsheathed her sword. Her head turned side to side like it was on a hinge that had been pushed. When she realised that it was nothing, she sat down on the grass again. She rolled her head back and then she spotted it. In the light of the moon, which had turned the colour of crimson, a hooded figure floated in the sky. Her cape blew back in the wind as she gracefully fell down to Earth. Landing with poise, she lifted her neck up and looked directly at Septima. She looked extremely young, but in reality she must have been centuries old. She wore a blue dress, and had white hair. Her eyes, red and pupils shaped like a cat. “Septima” she whispered. “A calamity has been brought upon us. Go to the place where holies fight the unholy; the Spiral of Time; the Godwars Dungeon.” Septima looked at the small girl shocked and lost for words. The small girl removed her cape, and behind it was a crystal which glinted with a cyan light in the moon. It had impaled her back and had blood over it. Septima noticed that there were strange symbols on the crystal, similar to those on the Mace of Bandos. Instantly, Septima understood the girl’s message. The small girl collapsed to her knees and the crystal fell out. The blood came pouring out of the wound, as it had no plug anymore. The crystal lost its glint and glow. Septima took the corpse and buried her. She laid the crystal on the small mound which contained the deceased girl’s corpse. She turned around and gripped her sword. Giving a small prayer to Guthix, she headed to Burthorpe and then on to Trollheim…
